Rick Pollak, Glint People Science Principal, has over 25 years’ experience as the leader of OD, Talent, and Learning functions for large and small organizations, as well as a consultant working for Glint, PwC, and IBM.  His work during that time has been to create and implement strategies to identify, manage, coach, develop, engage, and retain the organizations’ people. He has consulted with organizations in financial services, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, aerospace and defense, manufacturing, consumer products, education, energy, professional services, architecture & engineering, and technology.  

Rick has a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and lives in New York, with his wife, two boys, and agoraphobic dog.
