Melanie is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) with over 15 years of experience in a number of diverse industries including clinical research, customer service, human resource consulting and technology. In her current position at Geotab, she leads strategic initiatives in all areas of human resources and helps to develop strong partnerships to drive the needs of the company. She has a passion for women and youth in STEM and has helped to lead these programs on a global scale in her current role and roles she held at her previous companies. Melanie has recently been named on the 2021 HRD Global 100 – a list of the top leaders in HR in the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Asia-Pacific and the UK.
