Employee Experience and Future of Work Senior Director, Change Healthcare
Ashley Eisenberg is the Senior Director of Employee Experience & Future of Work at Change Healthcare. In her role, she is responsible for designing an employee experience and resilient organization that demonstrates care for the company’s 15,000 leaders and team members within the context of their work, so they can inspire a better healthcare system. Ashley partners with leaders, team members, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to co-create and accelerate solutions that enable, engage, and inspire all employees utilizing design thinking methodologies.
Prior to her current role, Ashley held various human resources’ roles with experience in leadership & professional development, culture, engagement, community giving and training. In addition to her human resources’ experience, Ashley has a background in corporate development, operations, and process improvement.
Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science from West Virginia Wesleyan College. As a strong supporter of women empowerment, she has volunteered with Girls on the Run in several capacities as a running buddy, coach, mentor and member of the Starting Line.
